Josh Ironside
Josh is one of Brisbane’s most talented building designers and a key force behind Ironside Designer Homes.
With a reputation for excellence, Josh not only designs exceptional homes but also takes a hands-on approach by project managing and supervising the construction of the designs he creates. His deep involvement throughout every stage ensures that each project is executed with precision, bringing his vision to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Builder + Construction Manager
Jesse Ironside
Jesse leads our design and construction operations in Townsville and forms the second half of Ironside Designer Homes.
With experience in both Brisbane and Townsville, Jesse now calls Far North Queensland home, where he brings his expertise to life by renovating family homes in the sunshine city. His passion for craftsmanship, combined with his deep local knowledge, ensures that every project reflects the lifestyle and charm of the region—adding a personal touch to every renovation he undertakes.

Veronica Crewe
We are proud to partner with Veronica Crewe of Arc+Arlo Interior Design as our resident interior designer, complimenting the Ironside Designer Homes team.
With an eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful, Veronica works closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Her expertise in material selection, colour palettes, and interior styling ensures that every home we design reflects the personality and lifestyle of its owners, adding the perfect finishing touch to every project.
Studio
Our design studio is nestled in the vibrant inner-city suburb of Albion, perfectly positioned to service the neighbouring areas we love to work in. This central location allows us to collaborate closely with homeowners across Brisbane’s inner and outer suburbs, enabling prompt site visits, clear communication, and seamless project management. The studio itself is a space for collaboration, where ideas are explored and refined. Using our in-house, state-of-the-art 3D visualisation software, we can walk you through your home in real time—allowing you to experience the design well before construction begins. This considered design process enables us to deliver creative, tailored solutions that reflect the unique character, lifestyle, and aspirations of every home we design, build, or renovate.
