This renovation design project combines the classic charm of a Queenslander-style home with modern brick and concrete design elements, creating a harmonious blend of old-world elegance and contemporary aesthetics.

The façade of the home retains its iconic Queenslander features, such as the wide veranda, decorative metal balustrades, and ornate fretwork. The veranda is extended to create a spacious outdoor living area. The lower part of the house is constructed using exposed brick, providing a robust and durable foundation. The brickwork adds a rustic contrast to the traditional timber structure above.
