Richmond House, a modern take on a contemporary colonial style home. We drew inspiration for this home from nearby Ithaca Creek.
Referencing a small island in Greece, it’s namesake Ithaca is a town in New York where Colonial Revival homes of the 1920’s inherit the suburban landscape.
Colonial Revival homes are renowned for their front gables, varying roof lines, decorative portico entrances and multi-pane ornate windows.
